Rate Schedule & Payment

Rates are for up to four guests; $15 for each additional guest.  Weekly rates available on request.

Grafton Homestead Retreat accepts your personal check, money order or traveler's check.  We do not accept credit card payments.

A deposit of your first night stay confirms your reservation.  Reservations will be held for 7 days, until a deposit is received.

We ask that you check-in at 3:00 p.m. or later.  Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Homestead Policies

No hunting is allowed on the property but hunters are more than welcome to stay.  Area is known for ducks and deer hunting.

This is an operating farm with cattle. We ask that all gates remain closed at all times.  The cattle are friendly so feel free to walk with them but we ask that you do not run at or chase the cattle.

Please no smoking inside the home.
